A location-based VR experience developed as part of a cross-promotional campaign supporting the theatrical release of Suicide Squad, premiering at San Diego Comic-Con and later released on Samsung Gear VR.
CHALLENGE
Translate feature film assets and performances into an immersive VR format while introducing audiences to a new mode of cinematic storytelling under evolving technical constraints.
CONTRIBUTION
Defined and delivered a novel approach to integrating filmic visual effects into VR, while directing and coordinating cross-site teams across the US, UK, and India.
RESULT
Delivered a standout Comic-Con activation experienced by over 10,000 attendees, helping establish immersive VR as a viable extension of cinematic storytelling.
