I’m Ryan McDougal.

I’ve spent 20+ years building and leading production and creative organizations at scale across feature film, global content pipelines, and emerging platforms.

I lead end-to-end production across complex, multi-project environments, managing 300+ artist teams across distributed global studios, stabilizing high-risk productions, driving scenario planning and production health visibility, and rebuilding organizations through periods of merger, growth, and change. Clients include Netflix, Disney, Apple, Samsung, and other leading studios and brands.

I operate across both creative direction and production architecture, shaping the work while designing the systems, pipelines, and workflows required to deliver it. This includes AI-enabled production workflows, next-generation CG pipelines, and developing full creative and production strategy for emerging content platforms.

I stay close to the creative while building high-performance teams, repeatable systems and empowering environments that deliver ambitious work at scale.
