I do my best work when the way forward is still taking shape.
Across 20 years in feature film, animation, VFX, high-end advertising, real-time production, and emerging platforms, one thing has remained constant: leading work that pushes the medium while building the systems to deliver it. At Moving Picture Company, I led concurrent studio features across distributed global teams, aligning creative direction, production strategy, and delivery at scale. At Blur Studio, I directed 150+ artists across Emmy and Annie Award-winning productions while advancing real-time and USD pipeline development. At Light Field Lab, I extended that practice into a new medium, helping define the creative and production model for a holographic platform while developing AI-assisted workflows, team structures, and audience-facing content in parallel.
I work at the edge of what the tools can do, leading teams, designing systems, and staying close enough to the work to understand what should be protected and what should change. I move between creative direction and production architecture as a single practice, because even the best creative environments are not static. The technical explorations I'm most proud of come from genuine collaboration across disciplines, where creative intent and technical invention develop together, creating the conditions for taste, craft and excellence to rise together.
Clients include Netflix, Disney, Apple, and Samsung. That work earned an Academy Award nomination, Cannes Gold Lions, an Emmy, and recognition from D&AD, the VES, and the Annie Awards.
If something you're building sounds like that, I'd like to hear about it.
