Led creative and experiential direction while aligning technical and production teams around a cohesive execution model. Oversaw the development of the central digital character, including visual identity, performance behavior, and real-time character systems management. Directed the integration of environmental staging, sound, lighting, and holographic presence to create a unified audience experience.
